Eagle Ridge Townhomes
Seattle, Washington
Water damage restoration across seven townhome buildings.
We successfully addressed extensive water intrusion at the Eagle Ridge Townhomes, restoring all seven buildings. The project involved replacing improperly installed decks with cedar plank decks, repairing siding and flashing with Hardie Plank materials, and ensuring proper integration to prevent future issues.
Despite challenges posed by steep hillside terrain and rainy conditions, the team maintained a safe workplace. We took special care to minimize resident disruptions through efficient communication and planning. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget, the project earned high praise and a letter of recommendation from the HOA, reflecting Charter’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The Challenge
The job site’s biggest challenge was that the buildings’ rear elevations are on a steep hillside. Additionally, tenants were fatigued from previous construction on the property.
The Solution
To manage the steep elevations and maintain a safe workplace, scaffolding platforms and temporary staircases were used in these areas. Muddy conditions developed because this project took place during heavy rainfall
in the spring. The Eagle Ridge HOA provided bark to absorb the extra moisture. These safety measures eliminated possible accidents. Our team worked tirelessly to minimize the impact this project had on residents and completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
