Charter Construction is currently working at an HOA where I manage the landscaping and Loren and his team has been nothing but great to the crews and myself so we can stay on top of the landscaping services we still need to attend too. The HOA contracted with Charter to fix construction defects on a condominium complex. Unlike most constructions projects this one was completed within the proposed budget! The communications with the Charter team was excellent, with weekly meetings with the team and the HOA board. Meeting minutes were sent out promptly. Budget items were explained clearly. Special shoutout to the project superintendent, Mike Wicks, and project manager, Cozmo Kinyon. Would highly recommend Charter.

I had a great Experince !! I had a leak from the upstairs unit, which meant cutting a hole in my ceiling above my shower to fix it. Charter came out to do the patch and paint and I have to say -10/10 recommend. Michael was really communicative so I always felt like I knew what was happening and when. Joseph did patch and paint - he was beyond considerate (taking off his shoes, being nice to my dogs who came to just accept his presence). As a woman who lives alone, it’s not always common to have kind men who make you feel safe and do an excellent job!! He even went out and got my paint so it all matched!! It was really a fantastic experience.

Working with Charter has been a great experience. I have worked with a lot of contractors and they have been the best by far. I have been so impressed with how organized they have been from start to finish. Any issues that came up they responded to immediately. The communication was fantastic, they stayed on schedule and let us know at each step what was happening and what would be next. I love that they have someone from their office that coordinates with the home owners or tenants. That saved me so much time and headaches. Lisa was amazing as was Mike and the whole team. I have had terrible experiences with live-in construction companies in the past with theft and lack of respect to personal belongings. I met with Ian prior to the removal of the entire wall in my unit and he assured me that the team and contractors would be quick and professional. Checking security cameras throughout the day, I noticed they put extra floor protection down, removed shoes upon entering and did not damage or touch any personal items or attempt to enter doors to my bedroom. I applaud Charter and Ian for the integrity and professional work done. Aside from the cold next few weeks, I do not have any concerns with the work being done inside and on the balcony/patio area over the next few weeks. They are the crew you will want to work on your apartment or home. My ONLY complaint is they left my front door unlocked after working inside.
